Working with the Monsoon Project has been the best luck I've had, because it gave me the opportunity to learn new skills beyond my existing knowledge

As I am a local person, I realize that this project is clearly aimed at enhancing the neighborhood for sustainable development. I'm delighted to have been a part of contributing to society from the beginning and to have the opportunity to track and assess development in the future. Every time I participate in community events, I feel deeply touched because of my love for offering medical support to others. This is why I chose this field of study, and I've been able to apply my knowledge and talents to helping the community I live in while also achieving the goals I set for myself.

Even though I have just joined the project, I don't feel like I am someone new to them or feel like I am hesitant; the management team give me trust and always listens to us over the discussions. The project truly cares about the employees. It makes me not worry about anything, even food, work travel, and what is on offer. These things are very useful to the staff.

We have a variety of religions, and I am a Muslim, however I never feel different or unusual from other eyes. Everyone is respectful of one another and lives together closely.

This is my first time to work in Laos, and I was impressed by the country's pleasant weather and kind people. The Monsoon project is a large-scale clean energy project with a talented and qualified staff gathered here.

Working with people of different ethnicities to get them on the same page and to the same standards is one of the most challenging parts of my job, especially in construction, because each team will have its own inspection. It was extremely difficult to adapt to each other at first, but in the long run, we were able to collaborate and lead in the same direction, which produced work of the international stage quality.

The Monsoon Project is a project that genuinely cares for the people and does not overlook those who are directly affected. As I am a local person here, I'm delighted with seeing my hometown continue to develop.

During my time working on this project, I learned more about social interactions. I've improved my communication skills after being quiet and reserved in the past. I've received work-related advice, gained the opportunity to welcome the important guests, and improved my service skills as well.

The Environmental and Social Department is absolutely essential in ensuring the project's sustainability over the long term. Developing a wind energy project necessitates careful consideration of both environmental and socioeconomic implications. This department's work extends beyond monitoring and assessing consequences; it also includes building measures to ensure that the project can progress without excessively affecting damage the environment or the local community.

The most thing that impressed me was the organization's culture surrounding and the support of everyone on the team. Teamwork and participation in decision-making, particularly in terms of sustainability and environmental and community responsibility. This makes me glad and proud to be a part of this project.

I'm grateful and fortunate to have the opportunity to work here. The organization provides excellent benefits, whether food, residence, insurance, and social security, which everything is well taken care of. This project is definitely the best place I've ever worked.

This project is viewed as a showcase for the country. It represents clean energy and could become a popular tourist destination in the future.
